The App does not maintain a proprietary cloud synchronization engine or remote server infrastructure. Any system-level cloud backups (e.g., Google Drive Android System Backups) are governed independently by your device's operating system settings and platform provider privacy policies.
5. Notifications and Reminders
KPI Tracker Plus uses local Android system notification APIs to deliver user-configured reminder alerts.
- Local Execution: Reminders are scheduled locally on the device OS and do not involve remote push notification servers.
- System Boot Access: The App uses standard OS capabilities to reschedule active notifications if the device is rebooted.
- User Control: You can modify or completely revoke notification permissions at any time via Android settings or within the App controls.
6. App Permissions
In accordance with strict data minimization principles, KPI Tracker Plus requests only the bare minimum permissions required for system execution.
Any system runtime permissions requested (such as posting notifications) are utilized solely to fulfill functionality initiated directly by the user. Permissions are never exploited to gather background intelligence or inspect device state.
7. Third-Party SDKs
KPI Tracker Plus contains ZERO third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs). The code base was engineered entirely in-house.
There are no embedded frameworks from ad networks, analytics engines, user behavior trackers, or social platforms. If future features require external SDK integrations, this policy and the corresponding Google Play Data Safety disclosure will be explicitly updated prior to deployment.
8. Advertising and Analytics
- No Ads: The App is completely ad-free and contains no ad display engines.
- No Targeting: We do not build behavioral profiles or monetize user activity.
- No Tracking: We do not utilize commercial analytics libraries (such as Firebase Analytics, Adjust, or AppsFlyer) to monitor user behavior.

10. Data Retention
App Data: Retained locally on your device for as long as the application remains installed. Uninstalling the application or clearing App Data via OS settings immediately and permanently purges all stored KPI records.
Support Communications: Emails sent directly to our support inbox are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill your request, maintain business records, or comply with legal retention requirements.
11. Deleting Your Data & Account Removal
Account & Local Data Erasure Rights
No Cloud Account Needed: Because KPI Tracker Plus operates without online user profiles or cloud registration, there is no remote account or cloud database holding your app data.
Complete Local Data Wipe: To remove all local profiles, metrics, and application history, simply clear the storage cache under Android Settings > Apps > KPI Tracker Plus > Storage > Clear Data, or uninstall the App.
Support Data Erasure: If you have previously communicated with us via email and wish to request the deletion of support tickets or correspondence containing your email address, please submit a deletion request to [email protected].
12. Security
KPI Tracker Plus relies on core operating system architecture, including Android application sandboxing, to isolate local application data from unauthorized access by other installed applications.
We recommend that users maintain robust device-level protection, including PIN/biometric screen locks and regular OS security updates, to protect their on-device data.
